Nail Cuts and Nail Trims
A nail cut or nail trim is the simplest of the services I offer.
I will have a chat with you when you arrive to make sure this is the right service for you and I can answer any questions you have. Next, I will check over your feet before starting, to make sure they are happy and healthy. If all is okay and you are happy, I will then cut and file your toenails, massage your feet and discuss any home care advice.

Initial Treatment
This is your first appointment when treatment is required. Allowing time to assess and get to grips with any issues.
I will have a chat with you to discuss your concerns, answer questions, examine your feet and discuss the best course of action. If you are happy, treatment will be carried out to deal with your concerns. Nails trim and file is included in this service and finishes with a foot massage. Finally any home care advice will be discussed.

Routine Treatment
After your initial appointment if subsequent appointments are needed.
I will have a chat with you to see how things are going, answer any questions and check over your feet. I will cut and file your nails, carry out any required treatment and finish with a foot massage. Finally we will revisit any aftercare advice given.

Verrutop Treatment
Verruca treatment.
Professional only topical treatment for verrucas. Verrutop treatment is carried out every 2 weeks to eliminate verrucas. Debris from the area will be cleared and Verrutop topical treatment is applied. This service is only available after an initial appointment where verrucas have been identified. A full consultation will be carried out discussing all the elements on the treatment.

Foot Massage
Get your feet moving.
I am also a qualified and very experienced sports massage therapist. If you are having issues with foot pain and or stiffness, foot massage could be the answer. It can be beneficial when suffering from issues such as plantar fasiitis, achillies tendonitis or general foot pain. After care advice and guidance will be given to help maintain your feet.

After care and advice
Advice is an essential aspect of the services a foot healthcare practitioner provides.
This may be during the treatment or as aftercare to help you get the best from your treatment, or it can be a separate element. I can offer a consultation appointment to discuss your needs, this is generally advised when dealing with verruca’s or more complex issues so I ensure you get the right treatment. This may be referring you to your GP or other services.
Equipment sterilisation
Client safety is paramount to me and this is why I take a great deal of care over my equipment and treatment area.
All equipment used during your treatment is either one use or thoroughly sterilised before use. I wear all appropriate PPE and am happy to wear a face mask if you need me to. All areas and surfaces are sanitised prior to each treatment.
